These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to the Rodeo Samridhi platform and related services (the "Services") provided by Rodeo Digital Private Limited ("Rodeo Digital," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
Your organization is responsible for the accuracy and legality of data uploaded to the Services. You grant us the right to process Customer Data solely to provide, secure, and improve the Services.
If your organization purchases a subscription, the applicable order form or statement of work will govern pricing, payment terms, and service levels. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
The Services, including software, content, and trademarks, are owned by Rodeo Digital or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services during the term of your subscription.
The Services may integrate with third-party tools or services. Use of third-party services is subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for third-party content or practices.
You agree not to disclose any non-public information about the Services or Rodeo Digital without our prior written consent, except as required by law.
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rodeo Digital will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill. Our total liability will not exceed the fees paid by your organization for the Services in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you violate these Terms or applicable law. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease, and we may delete Customer Data after the applicable retention period.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Karnataka, India, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version and revise the effective date above.
